We are currently looking for some wonderful humans to join our retail team, so we wanted to share what we are looking for and what responsibilities the roles will have.
The starting schedule is 20-25 hours per week. While plant knowledge is not required our staff will make sure to give you all the knowledge you need to provide helpful guidance to our customers, and as customers rely on us for advice we do expect hires to learn within a reasonable amount of time. Responsibilities include the following daily tasks:
Sweeping, mopping, maintaining the cleanliness of both retail + working spaces
Watering, pruning, examination of plants
Lifting up to 50 pounds
Showcasing patient, intentional customer service
Fielding of various inquiries regarding our companies, venue spaces, and products.
