We want you to absolutely LOVE what you take home from our shop, however life isn’t always a fairy tale. Please make sure to read through our return policy below before making any purchases. Getting a gift and not sure what to get? Our gift cards or other offerings are guaranteed to make anyone’s day!

Plant Purchases

Congrats on your new plant! Please be aware that ALL PLANT SALES ARE FINAL. Plants purchased from our stores are done so at your discretion, and we are not responsible for what happens once they leave the premises. All plants come straight from trusted local nurseries, and are checked for quality before entering our space.

Plants are not used to being moved, so changes in environment can be stressful. Pay close attention to your plants for the first few days after bringing them home, and try to avoid any drastic changes in watering/light conditions. As always, we are available for questions & advice regarding how to keep your plants happy and healthy!

Merchandise Purchases (Non Plant)

Undamaged merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund. After 7 days a store credit may be issued for up to 30 days from receipt of purchase.
