Energy Wheel Sound Immersion is back! If you missed this incredible experience last time, it will be returning to The Heavy on Sunday, October 16th at 6:30pm. Energy Wheel is a collaborative event between Luv Waves (Imane El Ghazouani) and Pressurewave (Jared Silvia) where a variety of ancient sound healing instruments are combined with synth music and voice. Event attendees choose to either sit down to meditate or lay down with an eye mask on yoga mats as they are immersed in sound and vibration. Guests, especially those laying down, experience a deep state of relaxation response and shifts in brain wave activity. These have many therapeutic and healing benefits proven by research as well as promote creativity and critical thinking.

Each attendee is required to bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion and encouraged to bring the following:

• A pillow

• A blanket

• Knee pillow or bolster in case of knee issues

• An eye mask (we provide extras)

• Water (we provide water as well)

After Energy Wheel's 90 minute performance, which will start at 7 pm, guests can gather to enjoy an hour of conversation, making new connections and private shopping of The Heavy's entire retail store.
